You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and use of any username and email address that you use to register for your access to and use of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

Payment and Cancellation of Service

By ordering any subscription on Crystal Vision AI (including a free trial period), you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use and authorize Crystal Vision AI to automatically charge your bank card according to the billing period manually selected by you. Refunds are available only after an automatic deduction for annual payments within 14 calendar days after the payment was made. Monthly plans are non-refundable.

Feedback to Crystal Vision AI

By submitting ideas, content, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Contributions") to Crystal Vision AI, you acknowledge and agree that your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information and that Crystal Vision AI is not under any obligation of confidentiality, expressed or implied, with respect to the Contributions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crystal Vision AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
